The Sunshine Coast Queer Ball is, essentially, a big party! Expect high energy music and entertainment.
It’s an opportunity to dress up in Queer Formal style, but we have foregone all formalities! Think a wedding reception, but with no boring speeches. A School Formal, but all of your classmates are LGBTQIA+, and someone locked all of the teachers out!
If we are going to all that effort to dress up, we are going to want PHOTOS! There will be a Magic Mirror photobooth for us to take glamorous (or ridiculous!) photos on the night. New fancy technology means we can have the images sent directly to our mobile phones for instant sharing! The photobooth is accessible to all, it has no walls and the angle of the lens can be adjusted.
